TREES
You've spent hundreds or thousands of hours building a layout,
added some new items. All that is new and tried-and-true can be seen by going to our TREES
and LOGS pages and viewing the product photos.
Specializing in model conifer trees, our goal is to make our model tree products as fine as possible.
Our trees and related items will blend in nicely with your projects while adding special bits of detail
that will make you proud to show off your modeling achievements.
Our trees are suitable for any application that calls for a scale model conifer tree,
including: model railroads, model movie sets, architectural renderings, slot car layouts,
military re-enactments and dioramas of all kinds.
Please feel free to take a tour of our site and check out the great gallery photos
by the award winning Charlie Comstock.
Send us an email or give us a call if you have any questions.
We are in the studio from 12 noon to 12 midnight everyday
(except when we have to run a quick errand.)
If you haven't as yet tried Canyon Creek's Conifer Trees,
we think you will be most pleasantly surprised at what a scale model conifer tree can be.

Canyon Creek Scenics was chosen to provide museum-quality conifer trees
for the large display at the Tillamook Forest Interpretive Center
seen in the photo above.
This exhibit illustrates the natural process of the forest rebuilding itself after
a devastating series of fires known as ‘The Tillamook Burn.’
These conflagrations wiped out thousands of acres of prime forest
including the spot where the interpretive center now is located.
Many people, including school children, volunteered to help the forest rebuild
by planting tree seedlings which grew into a thriving forest.
The above photo, taken by Shaun Toman, shows one of the five episodes of this visual story.
If ever you are in western Oregon do visit the Tillamook Forest Interpretive Center
on Highway 6 about 22 miles east of the city of Tillamook.
It sits in a beautiful re-forested area next to the Wilson River.
The many displays include a large steam donkey, an observation tower and
kid-friendly, hands-on interactive exhibits.
Well maintained nature trails radiating out from the interpretive center
let you get up close and personal with a temperate, coastal forest.

I think that I shall never see
A poem lovely as a tree.
A tree whose hungry mouth is prest
Against the earth's sweet flowing breast;
A tree that looks at God all day,
And lifts her leafy arms to pray;
A tree that may in Summer wear
A nest of robins in her hair;
Upon whose bosom snow has lain;
Who intimately lives with rain.
Poems are made by fools like me,
But only God can make a tree.
by Joyce Kilmer
Canyon Creek Scenics means model forests
super detailing rolling stock, and building structures.
Now it's time for some great model railroad scenery.
Your pike deserves the very best scenery
and when you want woodlands or forest scenery that means trees!
At Canyon Creek Scenics scale model trees are our life.
Whether you want a dense forest or a sparse woodlands area
our trees will help your model railroad look its best.
Need an area the loggers have clear-cut for your model railroad?
Try Canyon Creek Scenics super detailed stumps.
Go wild, make it look like a forest with thousands of trees once stood here.
On logging railroads those sawmills are always looking for logs.
Give your loggers a forest to mow down.
Loggers + Trees + Sawmill = An interesting area of woodlands scenery.
Keep that lumber moving to your cities.
Canyon Creek Scenics has trees for model railroad scenery
At Canyon Creek Scenics we make detailed foreground models of douglas fir and
cedar conifer trees finished off in several ways. We have young trees, single trunk trees, double trunk trees, snow covered trees, insect damaged trees, dead trees and burned trees. Just what your forest needs.
Our trees range in heights from one inch to thirty inches.
Canyon Creek Scenics also makes less detailed background tree models -
great for those places in your scenery where the forest is farther away from the viewer.
Our DeepWoods™ Series of trees offers the utmost in realism for
your model forest. Super detailed doesn't even begin to describe
the DeepWoods™ Series.
We believe these trees are some of the best model
trees available anywhere. DeepWoods[tm] trees aren't for everybody, they
take a long time to make, and as a result are expensive. But if your
model railroad scenery needs the best scale trees available,
DeepWoods™ from Canyon Creek Scenics may be your answer.
Give your scale woodlands critters and loggers scenery filled with the trees that will make them comfortable.
Long live the forest and woodlands scenery areas on your model railroad!
